NEW in 2024:
We are offering a courtesy package pick up service free to guests. Selected merchandise vendors in the Varied Industries Building, Grandstand Shopper’s Marts, Agriculture Building and Service Center will be participating. Guests can make purchases and pick them up as early as 1 – 2 hours later at 1 of 4 gates of the guest’s choosing (5, 9, 11 and 15). Gate 9 is the only location guests can either walk up or drive up (larger items) to retrieve their purchases. The other gates will be walk up only. Package pickup hours of operation are 8 a.m.-10 m. For questions aboutretrieving a package, guests can call 515-262-3111 ext. 205. The Iowa State Fair is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
